Wording Changes Log

Append-only version history of every NZ mdbi policy wording we've ingested. When a wording's SHA-256 hash changes (insurer publishes an updated PDF), a new entry lands here automatically on the next snapshot refresh. Each entry is the canonical audit record for the facts surfaced on this site at that point in time.
